London – The Dutchman Christian Kist threw the first nine-darter at the World Darts Championship in London. With the minimum number of nine arrows he achieved 501 points to 0, which is considered a perfect game in darts. Nevertheless, Kist lost to Latvian Madars Razma 1:3 in the first round. There is bonus prize money of 180,000 pounds (218,100 euros) for the nine-darter.
