Vienna – This February was overall relatively cloudy and wet. The number of hours of sunshine across Austria was 25 percent below the long-term average. The last February with the same value was similarly cloudy, Geosphere Austria reported on Monday. In addition, the past month brought almost 50 percent more precipitation than average. In terms of temperatures, it was the fourteenth warmest February in the history of local measurements.
