Joana Jesus hosts a session on creative savings for young people at the Silves Library

The Municipality of Silves, through the Youth sector, will promote, on March 21st, between 10:00 and 12:00, a Financial Literacy workshop at the Municipal Library of Silves.

In a note, the city hall informs that the initiative will feature the participation of Joana Jesus, known on social media as @PEANUTS.

According to the municipality, “the digital influencer comes to the Silves Library to talk about creative savings and finance in a light, effective and fun way”.

The city hall also adds that this is “a lesson that will show how the act of saving is for everyone and how it is possible to include it in our daily lives, never losing sight of sustainability and environmental awareness”.

The activity is aimed at young people over 16 years of age and is free to participate, although subject to mandatory prior registration by March 18, using an online form provided by the municipality.

It clarifies that, in the case of participants under 18 years of age, authorization from their guardian will be required, by completing and sending a specific declaration.

For more information, interested parties can contact the Youth sector at 282 440 800 or 910 118 277, or via email.
