According to records of Lulinha’s breach of banking secrecy, which were sent to e , LFF Tech Participações sent R$2.37 million to Lulinha and G4 Entretenimento e Tecnologia sent R$772 thousand to the president’s son. The transfers took place between 2022 and 2025.

What Lulinha says

Lulinha’s defense claims that the address is only used to receive and forward correspondence.

“The company LLF Tech does not have an external office and its headquarters have always been Fábio Luís’ residence, changed only after his move abroad. The company G4 is no longer in activity, but has judicialized credits receivable, which when paid, are distributed”, says lawyer Guilherme Suguimori in a note.

Altogether, the breach of secrecy revealed a movement of R$ 19.3 million over a period of four years. The defense states that the amount “does not represent any real value” because it corresponds to the sum of movements, which could mean repeated values in entries and exits.

Of the value revealed in the breach of confidentiality, R$9.6 million was received by Lulinha and the remainder was paid to other bank accounts.

Lulinha targeted by CPMI

CPMI, which investigates INSS fraud, revealed by Metropolisesinvestigates President Lula’s son for his relationship with Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, the lobbyist known as INSS Bald.

Lulinha and Careca traveled together to Portugal to visit a cannabis medicinal. To interlocutors, Lulinha has said that she did not close a deal, although she traveled with the lobbyist.

The Federal Police () investigates Careca’s INSS notes to pay R$300,000 to “boy’s son“. A former employee of the lobbyist told the PF that the amount was paid to Lulinha, through a cannabis company based in Portugal. Lulinha’s defense denies the president’s son’s relationship with the facts investigated by the commission.

“I reiterate that Fábio Luís has no relationship with INSS fraud, which will be verified by the competent authorities when they analyze these confidential documents that were unfortunately and selectively leaked,” said Suguimori, in a note.
