Steu/Kindl and Egle/Kipp win the doubles World Cup final


Altenberg – The Austrian doubles dominated the World Cup finals for artificial track luge on Saturday. Both Selina Egle/Lara Kipp and Thomas Steu/Wolfgang Kindl celebrated a victory in Altenberg and each set track records. Egle/Kipp, who have already been declared overall World Cup winners, won ahead of the Germans Dajana Eitberger/Magdalena Matschina (+0.151 seconds), Steu/Kindl won 0.126 seconds ahead of their compatriots Juri Gatt/Riccardo Schöpf.
