Commentator talks about messages attributed to the STF minister and the founder of Banco Master
The commentator Rodrigo Constantino stated this Saturday (March 7, 2026) that, “in other times”the minister of STF (Supreme Federal Court) “I would have already arrested Moraes”. The statement was published on the social network X and refers to messages attributed to the magistrate and the founder of the Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro.
The post came after Moraes denied that he had received messages on the day the businessman was arrested for Federal Policeon November 17, 2025.
VORCARO’S CELL PHONE
The breach of the confidentiality of the telematic data of the founder of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, identified that he maintained the . Among them, there were 3 STF ministers, relatives of ministers, such as lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, 6 congressmen, in addition to 2 directors of the BC (Central Bank) – the authority that regulated and is now investigating the Master.
According to the journalist Vorcaro and Moraes exchanged messages during the day he was arrested for the first time by the Federal Police, on November 17, 2025. The arrest took place at night, when the then banker was trying to leave Brazil.
According to the report, the businessman had asked if the magistrate had any news, and if he had managed to “block”.The next day, on November 18, the Central Bank of Master.
The journalist also states that she confirmed that the cell phone number in screenshots via WhatsApp belonged to the magistrate. Both communicated via single-view screenshots of their devices’ notepads, according to the reporter. Therefore, messages from Vorcaro continued to be present on the cell phone. There would also be evidence of links between the 2 on October 1, 2025.
In the set of information on Vorcaro’s cell phone that the Poder360 had access, there is an image with the same phrases from Malu Gaspar’s report on a notepad: “Any news? Did you manage to get news or block it?”. But it is not possible to know, from the image, whether Vorcaro forwarded the message to anyone or who it was.
Moraes’ office says that, in the extracted content, Vorcaro’s screenshots are linked to folders “other people in your contact list” and are not listed as directed to the magistrate.
“The message and the respective contact are in the same folder on the computer of the person who made the prints (Vorcaro). In other words, it is demonstrated that the messages (prints) are linked to other telephone contacts on Daniel Vorcaro’s computer, never to Minister Alexandre de Moraes”, wrote the minister. “The names and contact details of people linked to the respective files will not be mentioned in this note due to the secrecy decreed by Minister André Mendonça, but they are contained in the file that the INSS CPMI made available to the entire press.”
The INSS CPMI received around 700 MB of files that were inside 1 or more Vorcaro cell phones. The former banker in two of the 3 Operation Compliance Zero phases. The PF did not inform Congress from which cell phones it extracted the content, which is incomplete.
The image of the notepad message that is causing controversy appears repeated in two folders of the files. In one of them, in addition to the message, there is a telephone contact form in the name of Viviane Moraes, Alexandre de Moraes’ wife, and Vorcaro’s lawyer. There is also an image of handwritten notes on what appears to be a napkin.

On paper, there are 4 records:
- Marcela Mattiuzzo – lawyer, partner at the VMCA office, and former chief of staff of the presidency of Cade (Administrative Council for Economic Defense);
- V.M.C.A. – law firm specializing in competition, economic regulation, technology and compliance;
- Rodrigo Mudrovitsch – linked to minister Gilmar Mendes, is president of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The minister was appointed to the position when;
- Victor Rufino – lawyer at Mudrovitsch Advogados.
In the other folder, there is a print of the message written on the notepad and a telephone contact form with the name of the senator (PSD-TO), son of former senator Kátia Abreu.
There is nothing to prove, however, that these images are related in any way.
Moraes does not explain in the note how the “technical analysis” was carried out nor who would have carried out the procedure. THE Poder360 questioned the STF’s advice on the matter. “That’s what’s on the note” was the response sent to this digital newspaper.
At the end of the night, Senator Irajá released a note denying having spoken to Vorcaro. He said that the fact that the former banker has his telephone contact means “absolutely nothing”.
“The information that Daniel Vorcaro would have sent any message to Senator Irajá is completely untrue. The fact that the senator eventually appears on Daniel Vorcaro’s contact list means absolutely nothing. In Brasília, it is common for parliamentarians to have their contacts shared among journalists, advisors, businesspeople and various people who circulate in the political world. Anyone can have access to a senator’s contact details through third parties. Also because Senator Irajá has had the same telephone number for 16 years. years. It is impossible to control who has or does not have his contact. There was never any contact between Senator Irajá and Daniel Vorcaro.says the congressman’s note.

“Technical analysis carried out on Daniel Vorcaro’s telematic data, made public by the INSS CPMI, found that the single-view messages sent by him on November 17, 2025 do not match the contacts of Minister Alexandre de Moraes in the seized files.
“In the content extracted from the executive’s cell phone by investigators, the prints of these messages sent by Vorcaro are linked to folders belonging to other people in his contact list and do not appear to be directed to Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
