Home victory for judoka Polleres at the Linz World Tour tournament

Linz – Two-time Olympic medalist Michaela Polleres has landed a World Tour tournament victory on home soil. The Lower Austrian won the up to 70 kg class at the Upper Austria Grand Prix in Linz on Saturday. In the final she defeated the Swiss April Lynn Fohouo in the Golden Score with Ippon. It is the second Linz World Tour title for Red-White-Red. Shamil Borchashvili organized the premiere in the class up to 81 kg in 2023.
