According to the Municipal Health Department, the patient, who is an addict, had an episode of outbreak while he was admitted to the unit. While trying to leave the sector where he received care, he ended up suffering a fall.
Despite the scare, according to the hospital management, There was no harm to the physical integrity of the patient or other people who were on site. The situation was controlled by the unit’s team, who took the man back to the hospitalization sector.
According to the hospital, the patient remains hospitalized, in good general condition and stable condition. He continues to be monitored by a multidisciplinary team.
