Vienna – Disability lawyer Christine Steger is calling for reforms in the assessments of care allowance, disability and occupational disability pensions, but also the degree of disability. After a study commissioned by the AK Upper Austria showed gross grievances here, Steger joined the AK’s call for an independent assessment body, separate from the PVA, in the APA discussion. The “Chronically Ill” association also calls for improvements.
