Two people were killed in an Iranian ballistic missile attack on central Israel, according to the Israeli emergency service.
Paramedics from the MDA (Magen David Adom), the country’s national emergency service, arrived at the scene, in the city of Ramat Gan, and found the death of a man and a woman who had suffered serious injuries caused by shrapnel.
MDA images showed a partially destroyed building and a street covered in debris due to the impact.
cameras CNN captured what appeared to be a cluster munition in the skies over central Israel, with impact sites reported at the Savidor railway station in Tel Aviv, as well as the neighboring cities of Petah Tikva, Rosh HaAyin and Kafr Qasim.
The video appears to show dozens of small bombs dispersing across the sky before hitting the ground.
Shrapnel from the missile also hit the city of Beni Brak, north of Tel Aviv, and slightly injured one person, the MDA said.

The United States and Israel are at war with Iran. The conflict began on February 28, when a coordinated attack between the two countries in Tehran.
