The Acre Civil Police opened an investigation to investigate an alleged case of sexual abuse and alcohol consumption involving two teachers and a 15-year-old student in. The case reportedly occurred at the end of last year, in the Puyanawa Indigenous Land, and gained repercussions this Tuesday (17).
During the day, the school principal, the teenager and the victim’s mother were interviewed by the police. The young woman was then taken to the Assistance Service for Victims of Sexual Violence (Savvis), at the Cruzeiro do Sul maternity ward, where she underwent a forensic examination.
The two teachers named in the complaint should be heard this Wednesday (18). One of them is admitted to a rehabilitation clinic for drug addicts.
According to delegate José Obetânio, responsible for the case, the investigations are now entering a phase of technical analysis of the information collected.
“Starting tomorrow, we will analyze all the information, the reports from the police team and the reports,” he stated.
The Mâncio Lima Guardianship Council is monitoring the case. Civil informed that it will not release any further details at this time to preserve the identity of the victim and guarantee the integrity of the investigations.
