This Thursday (19/03), the presenter of Operational Speech PodcastKiuly Daniel, received the Major of the Acre Military Fire Brigade (CBMAC), Francisca Fragoso, in an episode marked by emotion, overcoming and inspiration.
During the conversation, the officer shared her trajectory since leaving Plácido de Castro for the capital, where she initially came to study Agronomy at the Federal University of Acre (UFAC). She recalled the challenges faced by those who arrive from the interior without resources, highlighting the difficulties experienced at the beginning of this journey and the fundamental support of people who contributed to their stay and growth in Rio Branco.

The Major also talked about how she became interested in a military career and the path she took to achieve her long-awaited officer position at CBMAC. Throughout his career, he accumulated important qualifications, such as the Scuba Diving Internship and the Basic Air Operations Internship, among other specializations that reinforce his performance within the corporation.
Currently, Francisca Fragoso serves as head of the CBMAC Institutional Coordination Advisory and is also part of the coordination of the 11º ONE BOOM — National Meeting of Military Firefighters, which will be held between May 20th and 22nd, 2026, in Rio Branco. The event will bring together professionals from across the country to discuss topics relevant to the role of women in the military fire service.
