Chuck Norris' last video takes on special meaning after the actor's death at 86

Legendary actor and martial artist Chuck Norris died last Thursday in Hawaii at the age of 86. The news was confirmed by the family the following day, through a statement released on social media.

Days before his death, Norris had shared a video on social media that ended up taking on an even more striking meaning. Recorded on March 10, his birthday, the record shows him training with impressive intensity and agility, in an outdoor sparring session. At the end, he left a sentence that quickly became symbolic: “I don’t age, I level up”.

Shortly afterwards, this video became the last public testimony of his energy and combative spirit. According to information provided by TMZ, the actor was suddenly hospitalized on the island of Kauai in the 24 hours before his death. Even so, sources indicate that, until the previous day, he was in good spirits and active, maintaining his training routine.

Born on March 10, 1940 in Ryan, Oklahoma, Norris served in the United States Air Force before discovering martial arts during a stay in South Korea, an experience that would define his entire career.

Throughout the 70s and 80s, he became one of the biggest figures in action cinema, with films such as The Delta Force, Missing in Action and Lone Wolf McQuade. In the 90s, he further consolidated his popularity with the series Walker, Texas Ranger.

More recently, he has once again gained prominence among new generations through the famous memes known as “Chuck Norris facts”, which amplified his almost mythical image. In 2012, he also participated in The Expendables 2, alongside other stars such as Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis.

The family highlighted him as a man dedicated, not only to his career, but also to his personal life, describing him as an exemplary husband, father and grandfather, who lived with purpose and a strong connection with those around him.
