Klagenfurt – The KAC is threatened with elimination in the quarterfinals of the ICE Hockey League. Austria’s ice hockey record champions surprisingly lost the home game against Fehervar 3:4 (1:1, 1:1, 1:2) on Monday evening. After their first success in Klagenfurt, the Hungarians are now 3-2 ahead in the best of seven in this series. Game six is scheduled for Wednesday (7:15 p.m.) in Szekesfehervar. The KAC has to win, otherwise the season will be over for the runner-up in the regular round.
