Prishtina (Pristina) – The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has rejected the dissolution of Parliament. It on Wednesday declared invalid a decree by President Vjosa Osmani that dissolved parliament for new elections earlier this month. The decree has no legal force, the court said in a statement. This resulted in a challenge from Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
