You had sex with twin brothers and now not even science knows who your baby's father is

A woman who had sex with two men, twins, within four days of each other, was frustrated in her attempts to identify which of them was the father of her baby.

The case was taken to the London Court of Appeal, in the United Kingdom, by the woman and one of the twins who wanted their paternity recognized. According to the the baby is registered as the woman’s child with the other twininformation that both the mother and the brother dispute. The two filed a lawsuit because they wanted to see their parental responsibility recognized.

The court’s response was, however, inconclusive, even after DNA tests were carried out.. NAt the beginning of March, the collective of judges of the Court of Appeal concluded that It is “not possible” to know for sure who the father is.

For this reason, and given the doubt, the court determined that the first twin did not had the right tor registered as the baby’s father, not being able to assume thatany parental responsibility until the court attributes paternity to one of the men.

“It is possible, and even likely, that when the child reaches adulthood, science will be able to identify one of the parents and exclude the other twin, but, for now, this cannot be done without a very significant cost”, said one of the judges, quoted by the British press.

The inability to prove a fact means that this fact is not proven, it does not mean that the opposite is proven”, he concluded.

The identities of those involved were not revealed for protection reasons.
