A police statement, released by Iranian security forces, noted that a plane was shot at while flying over central Iran.

American and Israeli sources said that a crew of a hunt North American, which Tehran said today to have slaughtered, he was rescued.

The information was released by the Associated Press (AP) news agency, which cited military sources who spoke on condition of anonymity to describe the operations, which are still ongoing.

The rescue happened as U.S. forces conducted a search and rescue operation, according to three people who spoke on condition of anonymity.

The operation is being accompanied by Israeli forces.

White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said in a statement that the US President, Donald Trump, he was informed of the incident, without adding details.

Earlier, Iranian state television reported that the country’s Armed Forces had shot down a US fighter jet in the south, which provoked an operation by the US and Israel.

State broadcaster IRIB showed images of two alleged helicopters of the USA (which were also hit by Iran) who were looking of the pilots of the downed fighter, with capacity for a crew of two, according to the EFE news agency.

The Iranian Fars news agency reported that Iranian forces had begun searches to locate the crew.

A police statement, released by Iranian security forces, noted that the plane was shot at while flying over central Iran, having been shot down in the southwestern province of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad.

“If you capture the enemy pilot or pilots alive and hand them over to the police or the Armed Forces, you will receive a generous reward,” said the police, in the message read on the state television broadcast.

The other fighter

The agency adds that they were slaughtered, not one, but two fighters in Iran and Kuwait.

What has already been mentioned is a fighter F-15E two-seater; the other is a fighter A-10 Warthog that crashed in Kuwait after being hit by Iranian fire – in this case the pilot jumped before the crash.

This Saturday, Iranian forces are still searching for this missing US pilot. The two countries confirm the search for the pilot.

The same source adds that these two downed planes are a new “danger” for Donald TrumpPresident of the USA – because these incidents demonstrate the risks that American and Israeli aircraft face when flying over Iran; and because at that point there will be a US military personnel alive and on the run in Iran, which increases the risks for Washington.

It is worth remembering that Trump, and his Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, say that the US has complete control of Iran’s airspace.

So far, the ‘Epic Fury’ military operation has killed 13 US service members and injured 365, according to the Pentagon.
