Federal Supreme Court (STF) minister Kassio Nunes Marques traveled from Brasília to Maceió with his wife on a private plane that belongs to the company that manages the . The magistrate went to a birthday party in the capital of Alagoas at the invitation of a lawyer who works in court for Banco Master and assumed that she was responsible for covering the costs of the trip.
When contacted by Estadão, the minister confirmed the trip and said that he was invited to the birthday of lawyer Camilla Ewerton Ramos, wife of judge Newton Ramos, of the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region (TRF-1).

A federal judge since 2005, Newton Ramos became judge of the TRF-1 in May 2023. Previously, he served as an assistant judge to Nunes Marques in the vice-presidency of the Court. Nunes Marques left the regional court in November 2020, when he was sworn in as minister of the STF.

A federal judge since 2005, Newton Ramos became judge of the TRF-1 in May 2023. Previously, he served as an assistant judge to Nunes Marques in the vice-presidency of the Court. Nunes Marques left the regional court in November 2020, when he was sworn in as minister of the STF.
Camilla stated, in a note, that “the flight mentioned was private, private and hired personally by the lawyer due to the celebration of her birthday”. The judge did not comment.

Document identifying the entrances to the executive terminal at Brasília Airport, obtained by Estadão, shows that the minister entered the place accompanied by his wife, Vanessa Ferreira, at 10 am on November 14 last year.

A plane operated by Prime Aviation Táxi Aéreo e Serviços departed 35 minutes later bound for Maceió, according to data from the Air Force. Prime is a company that had Vorcaro as a partner until September 2025 and still manages the banker’s assets.

The aircraft used on the trip was a Legacy 650, manufactured by Embraer and identified with the prefix PP-NLR. According to documentation in the custody of the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), the plane has capacity for 17 passengers and is operated by Prime Aviation, controlled by Prime You.

Vorcaro ceased to have a direct shareholding in Prime You in September 2025, when Banco Master was already in the sights of the authorities. This stake was sold to a fund managed by Trustee, which is a fund manager also linked to Master, according to Federal Police investigations.
