O federal government announced, this Wednesday (15), expansions of the program’s income range “Casa Brasil Renovation”. The ceiling of track 2 will increase from R$9,600 to R$13 thousandequaling the ceiling of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program.
In the same vein, the government also increased the maximum ticket for R$30 thousand to R$50 thousandin line with the increase in income.
The program provides financing, with resources from the Social Fundfor individuals, with the aim of carrying out housing improvement interventions in urban areas.
Interventions must be aimed at solving problems of health, safety, habitability, accessibility, sustainability and comfort.
