An attempted robbery in the Moema region this Sunday (19) ended with one victim injured and taken to hospital. According to information, a 46-year-old man intervened in defense of the victims, clashing with the suspect. “Subsequently, the author fired a firearm, hitting him. The victim was rescued and taken to Hospital São Paulo, where he remained hospitalized in serious condition.“, says the note from the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat (SSP-SP).
O The location was preserved for forensic examination and images from security cameras in the region are being analyzed to identify the perpetrator. Moema is a neighborhood located in an upscale region of the city of São Paulo, close to Paque do Ibirapuera, one of the city’s main tourist attractions.
In a note, the Civil Police reported that they are investigating an attempted robbery that occurred on Avenida Juriti, in Indianópolis, south of the capital. “According to information, an individual on a motorcycle approached the victims on the public road and announced the robbery, demanding the handover of personal objects,” says the SSP.
