Celso, Luciene and Carlos are also pleading with the Public Prosecutor’s Office to obtain the full administrative process at the city hall and all documentation relating to authorization for filming at the daycare center.
“The absence of information about Brasil Paralelo’s participation and the content of the work cannot be treated as a simple miscommunication, because the elements already known indicate deliberate concealment of this information to avoid a prior reaction from the school community, precisely because it was known that making the recordings in that context would generate resistance from families, educators and the unit itself”, say the psolists.

The Nunes administration stated that it authorized the recordings within the school and stated that “checking legal aspects such as the use of images and the participation of minors is the sole responsibility of the producers”.
