Lightning intervention of mountain rescuers: Cyclist (23) injured his head after falling and lost consciousness

Mountain rescuers from the Regional Center of the Mountain Rescue Service (HZS) Malá Fatra – Štefanová intervened in the early evening of Saturday (April 25) on the cycle path between Mravečník and Terchová, a 23-year-old cyclist injured his head after falling from his bicycle. HZS informed about it on its website.

“The young man injured his head by falling, was unconscious for a while and did not remember the event. The mountain rescuers examined, treated and transported the patient with an HZS all-terrain vehicle to Terchová, where a crew of medical rescuers took care of him,” informed the HZS.
