Bonn – Deutsche Post is giving up its corporate name and will now be called DHL. The shareholders accepted a corresponding proposal from the board of directors, which also contained a new group structure, at the general meeting in Bonn. “Over the past few decades, our company has developed from the former Deutsche Bundespost into a leading global logistics group,” said CEO Tobias Meyer. It is overdue to adapt the historically grown group structure.
