The robotaxi operator Waymo is recalling 3,800 of its vehicles. There is a risk that the cars will drive at high speed onto flooded streets, the subsidiary of the Internet company Alphabet announced on Tuesday. The recall was in response to such an incident during a storm in April. The vehicle was unoccupied and there was no damage. Waymo then simulated similar scenarios.
