London/Singapore/Boston – The two Chinese online retailers Shein and Temu are back in court. In opening proceedings in Great Britain, Shein accused Temu of copyright infringement “on an industrial scale.” The rival used images of clothing from Shein’s own brands to advertise copies of these products, argued plaintiff attorney Benet Brandreth.
