Registration for the . The initiative recognizes investigative reports on the impacts of the irregular fuel market on the lives of the population, public revenue and companies in the sector.

Reports published from October 1, 2025 to October 30, 2026 will be accepted. The award has three categories: series, national and regional. The series category brings together interconnected reports, with in-depth and narrative continuity. The national initiative includes wide-ranging work across the country.

The regional category awards reports with a local or regional focus and will have two winners. The total prize pool is R$70,000: R$30,000 for series, R$20,000 for national and R$20,000 for regional, divided into two prizes of R$10,000. The names of the winners will be announced on November 15, 2026.

Topics include combating fraud, quality and quantity fraud, theft and theft of fuel and pipelines, in addition to the effects of the irregular market. Issues of regulation, supervision and competition also come into play. The reports can also address economic and social impacts, such as revenue and supply security.
