Shock for Bottas: The F1 star’s car was stolen! The police revealed the startling background of the incident

Finnish F1 racer Valtteri Bottas revealed that before the Miami Grand Prix, unknown criminals stole his private car in front of his accommodation. The fourth race of the season was held on May 3, and the Cadillac driver learned of the theft after he got out of the shower.

The keys to the Cadillac Escalade were in his room and the car was locked. His team reacted quickly and sent him a replacement car, but Bottas later realized that he also had his race pass in the car. The F1 management allowed him to enter the “paddock” after a phone call.

After an investigation, police found the car abandoned and it is believed the thieves used it as a getaway vehicle in another crime. The news was brought by the DPA agency.
