Jerusalem/Gaza – More than seven months after the ceasefire came into force in the Gaza Strip, Israel controls around 60 percent of the Palestinian territory, according to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. After the end of the Gaza war, Israel’s army “did not withdraw” despite the demands of some. “Today we control 60 percent,” Netanyahu said, adding: “Tomorrow we will see.”
