Zurich – Austria’s ice hockey team has won the first two games at an A World Cup for the first time and has practically already managed to stay in the league. One day after the 5:3 victory over Great Britain, the ÖEHV selection defeated Hungary 4:2 (1:1.0:0.2:1) in Zurich on Sunday and thus also their second direct competitor in the fight against relegation. With the next game on Tuesday (4:20 p.m./live ORF 1) against Latvia, the Austrians can set their sights on higher goals.
