DIFFERENT PROFILES

Marivaldo’s eventual candidacy would have a more institutional profile. In addition to his time at the Ministry of Justice in PT governments, he worked in areas related to legislative formulation, coordination with Congress and access to Justice.

Ruth has a career linked to social activism, communication and culture. The eventual candidacy would appeal to progressive sectors, social movements and diversity agendas.

The move is made at a time when parties from Lula’s base seek to put together competitive tickets for the Chamber in DF. The dispute must involve representatives with mandates, substitutes for the 2022 elections and names linked to the federal government.
