Olhão will once again host, between the 22nd and 24th of May, the Olhão Association and Youth Fair (FAJO), an initiative that celebrates young talent, the associative movement and local culture. The fifth edition of the event takes place at the Maria Barroso Municipal Auditorium and the Majestoso Skate Park.
Over three days, the program promises shows, dancing, sporting activities and social moments aimed mainly at young people and families in the municipality.
The program starts on Friday, May 22, with performances by Fora D’Orbita, Beira Mar Band and Projeto Máquina do Tempo, promoted by .
Music, dance and sport mark FAJO’s programming
On Saturday, May 23, Gonçalo Mendes, Pedro Alfarrobinha and The Black Teddys will take the stage. The Majestic Skate Park also hosts a “Tribute to Nirvana”, starring Nuno Norte.
The initiative ends on Sunday, May 24th, with dance, folklore and sports shows, in addition to performances by Diogo Ribeiro, with the FMX Show, Mud Blood and Fita Bandido.
According to the organization, FAJO intends to promote youth associations and create space for artists, communities and local projects, bringing together the community “in an environment of conviviality and celebration of Olhão culture”.
