One of the biggest, if not the biggest scandal of sexual abuse in a school context in France is shaking the country, with hundreds of complaints and investigations underway in dozens of educational establishments and daycare centers. These are alleged cases of ill-treatment, rape and sexual abuse of minors that have occurred over recent years in Paris.
At least 84 daycare centers, 20 primary schools and around ten pre-school education establishments are being investigated by the French Public Prosecutor’s Office, after hundreds of reports of sexual abuse and death threats a children. The case is shocking the country and is already considered one of the biggest, if not the biggest, ever recorded in France.
According to the French press, the Paris Chamber hired several employees as “extracurricular entertainers”responsible for accompanying children in activities outside school hours, before and after classes, as well as during breaks at educational establishments.

Mayor of Paris wants to fight sexual abuse
