The influencer and lawyer’s defense declared her “absolute innocence” this Friday (22) in his alleged involvement with a money laundering scheme which led to his arrest in . In a note, the lawyers classified the measures adopted by the Court “disproportionate”.
Daniele Bezerra, the influencer’s sister, spoke out on social media reaffirming Deolane’s innocence and questioning the values investigated. “Deolane is innocent. There is no such thing as ‘laundering R$24,500’. Who washes R$v24,500? AND she never had 35 companiesas part of the media has been promoting it irresponsibly. The truth will emerge, within the law and justice.”
The defense guarantees that will clarify the facts in due course and will continue to cooperate technically with the courts to prove the influencer’s innocence, claiming that her activities were carried out as a “lawyer”.
Daniele Bezerra states that she is completely dedicated to defending her sister and that she is ready to go to TV stations to provide clarifications if Deolane does not return home.
Prison
Digital influencer and lawyer Deolane Bezerra was arrested this Thursday morning (21) during Operation Vérnix, launched by the Public Ministry of São Paulo (MP-SP) and the Civil Police to investigate a money laundering scheme linked to the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
According to researchers, receiving amounts from the PCC through a transport company appointed as the financial arm of the criminal organization.
The influencer had her case this Thursday (21), at the Vara das Garantias, in Osasco, São Paulo, due to irregularities in complying with the arrest warrant issued.

Operation Vernix

- Leonardo Alexsander Ribeiro Herbas Camacho, Marcola’s nephew;
- Everton de Souza, alleged financial operator of the criminal organization.
Marcola and Alejandro are already imprisoned in the Federal Penitentiary of Brasília. In total, the Court issued six preventive arrest warrants, in addition to search and seizure orders.
They were also more than R$327 million blocked in goods and values and 17 vehicles hijackedincluding luxury cars valued at more than R$8 million, and four properties linked to those investigated.
