Piesendorf/Zell am See – A paraglider pilot was lucky in a collision with a small aircraft on Saturday in Piesendorf (Pinzgau). According to the police, the 44-year-old Upper Austrian started from the Schmittenhöhe towards Piesendorf. Above the Pinzgauer Hütte she collided at 1:15 p.m. with a Cessna that a 28-year-old Tyrolean was piloting. The woman was able to deploy the rescue parachute and land safely. She was apparently slightly injured.
