Growing tomatoes in Poland is not a big challenge. Both the climate and soil in our country favor this plant. Of course, you must ensure appropriate conditions for tomatoes so that they can grow healthily and are resistant to attacks by pests and diseases. In addition to watering, you need to provide your tomatoes with the necessary nutrients. The key period to apply fertilizers to tomatoes, which will strengthen their stems and fruiting, is the turn of May and June. This is when it is best to motivate the bushes in your garden to bear abundant fruit throughout the summer season. Then it is worth trying products that will nourish them wonderfully, but above all, they will not contain chemicals and toxic substances. One of them is the one prepared with yeast. Just put them in warm milk and pour the solution over the bushes, and their stems will become thick and begin to produce fleshy fruits.

Yeast fertilizer for tomatoes. How to make it?

Yeast fertilizer is a simple, cheap and ecological way to improve the condition and yield of tomatoes. Particularly helpful in spring, when they need proper strengthening to acclimatize well to new conditions. Supports rooting and adaptation of plants in a new environment. How to prepare it? In a bucket, mix together: 100 g of baker’s yeast, 10 liters of warm water, 1 liter of fat milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. When the ingredients are completely dissolved, set the bucket with the solution aside for 2 hours in a warm place. The yeast will then begin to ferment. After this time, dilute the ready fertilizer with water in proportions 1:10 (1 liter of solution per 10 liters of water) and water the tomato bushes.

How to use yeast fertilizer for tomatoes?

Water the bushes with the prepared tomato fertilizer directly under the roots, avoiding wetting the leaves. 200-500 ml of solution per plant is enough, depending on its size. Apply fertilizer every 2-3 weeks, from the moment the seedlings are planted in the ground until the end of the growing season.

Yeast for tomatoes. What are the benefits of using such a conditioner for the bushes?

Yeast fertilizer is a real elixir for tomatoes, providing them with a number of benefits that translate into healthier plants and more abundant harvests. Yeast is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium – basic nutrients for plants. They also contain important microelements such as iron, zinc, manganese, copper and molybdenum, which are necessary for the proper functioning of plants. The B vitamins they contain are crucial for the metabolism of plants, improving their ability to absorb nutrients from the soil. They also enhance the overall vitality of plants. Yeast produces auxins and cytokinins – natural plant hormones. Auxins stimulate the development of a strong and extensive root system, which allows the plant to better absorb water and nutrients. Cytokinins, in turn, are responsible for cell division, which translates into greater growth of the above-ground parts of the plant, more shoots and leaves.
