The plenary of the Chamber approved on the night of this Wednesday, 27th, by symbolic vote, the preference for the text that defines a 5X2 scale. In practice, the plenary buried the highlights of PL and PSOL to give preference to the 4X3 matchday.
The approval came after a maneuver by government members, who presented an “agglutinative amendment”, with the same content as the report by deputy Leo Prates (Republicanos-BA) and which was presented shortly before the vote.
“The plenary doesn’t even know what it’s voting on. It’s an agglutinative that has just been added to the system. Your Excellency knows what’s in the text”, asked the leader of the PL, Sóstenes Cavalcante (RJ), to the president of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB).
At this moment, deputies vote on the main text of the PEC in the 1st round.
