Opened applications for two full scholarships aimed at journalists interested in studying the online master’s degree in Global Data Journalism at the University of . Registration is open until May 31st.
The scholarships fully cover course fees, valued at £12,000 (R$81,000), and include mentoring, career advice, participation in training events and work on collaborative investigative projects with the potential for international publication.
According to the institute, the initiative seeks to support journalists interested in investigative reporting focused on gender justice, focusing on women and people from developing countries and groups historically underrepresented in the media.
The program will begin in September 2026 and can be completed in one year, full-time, or two years, part-time. Classes will be completely remote. To compete, candidates must be previously accepted onto the course.
