Great fear! Černák’s fiancee Monika is going through difficult times: PHOTO after a heart-wrenching procedure

The former boss of the Banská Bystrica underworld, Mikuláš Černák, is trying to get free. His fiancee is his biggest support Monika Křivová. For twelve years, she has stood by his side, although they are separated by bars. And so it will remain.

The regional court in Trnava decided at the end of May that the district court will again deal with proposals for parole from prison to freedom. Černak, sentenced to life imprisonment, remains in prison for the time being. The regional court came to the conclusion that it is necessary to supplement the evidence. At the same time, he considers it necessary to supplement the justification of the decision in a substantial part so that the parties to the proceedings retain their right to a two-instance proceeding.

Less than two weeks after the court’s verdict, the lawyer, mediator and businesswoman, who became famous for her relationship with Černák, has to cope with other difficult moments alone. Monika posted a heartbreaking photo of the dog on the table at the vet’s on the social network.

“Patient,” she wrote to the photo, which will make every animal lover’s heart sink. You can find pictures in the photo gallery. Křivová did not specify what procedure the furry darling had to undergo. In the next photo, everything is over and the dog has a protective collar on his neck, which prevents him from licking his wounds after surgery or during treatment.

Černak did not hide his disappointment

The proposal for the conditional release of Černák from prison was submitted by the civic association Reštart-nový život. At a public meeting in May 2024, Černak requested that the dismissal proposal be decided on, as it is also his personal proposal. He repeatedly regretted the committed deeds.

The District Court of Trnava came to the conclusion last year that it is not possible to reasonably expect Černak to lead a normal life after parole. The chairman of the senate pointed out that Černak carried out the criminal activity in a serious, cruel and socially unacceptable manner. Černak spoke of disappointment, his defense a precedent. The prosecutor considered the decision fair.

The former boss of the Banská Bystrica underworld is serving a life sentence for planning, executing and participating in several murders. Life sentences can apply for parole after 25 years in prison.
