The young animal killer is just 17 years old and from Pavlohrad. She became “famous” in Ukraine last week, when a viral video shows the young woman strangle a cat.
Animal rights activists and local residents say this is not the first case: there are (at least) 3 years that the young woman tortures animals, films everything and brags about it on the internet.
The channel cites the report of a social media user, who shared the most recent video and laments: “Despite the promises adults that the situation is controlled, new evidence of animal cruelty is emerging. THE The police are aware of everything, but as you can see… Please help spread the word and draw attention to the case.”
“It was already known in 2023 but the horrors continue,” wrote animal rights activists from UAnimals.
According to the local press, the young woman has repeatedly appeared in similar incidents. In 2024, for example, strangled a cat, filmed it, and sent the video to his classmates. Before, you will have tortured dogs.

The teenager will already have justified these crimes: it is the desire to “draw attention for ideas” and demand the revocation of article 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukrainewhich criminalizes mistreatment of vertebrate animals, covering stray and pet animals; punishes intentional acts that result in the mutilation, death or severe suffering of the animal.
The Pavlohrad police opened a criminal investigation and identified the teenager (who had previously come to the attention of the authorities, but never got more than a small fine).
