The free trade agreement between the Efta (European Free Trade Association) must be voted on by Wednesday (10). The expectation is that parliamentarians will ratify the treaty.
The issue had been treated with concern by diplomats who feared that the electoral calendar would prevent the agreement from being confirmed.
But Senator Nelsinho Trad (PSD-MS) entered the field and in an interview with the President of the Chamber, (-PB), reached an agreement to vote on the text this week.
