Czech presenter on TV purges: Did he drop out of the game because of Vincze? A wave of vulgarisms was unleashed on Adela!

In May, viewers of TV Prima were surprised by the unexpected news about the end of the popular talk show Honza Dědek’s 7 falls. Despite initial speculation about the show’s complete demise, the main protagonist assured fans that the project would continue. Instead of traditional television broadcasting, the well-known presenter plans to move to a paid internet platform.

According to the creators, the main reason for the departure was the lack of space for the show at the main station during the fall season. An alternative offer to move to the Prima Cool station was not acceptable to the Dědkov team. More recently revealed by Čestmír Strakatý “One day they will tell you that there is no more room for your program in the autumn schedule. Okay, so the TV is theirs, they can set it up… It’s business, the decision of the new management, changes in priorities, I don’t know. Maybe they want to make you younger, as I often hear on TV. They will do it for the younger people,” said the popular presenter and continued.

“There are three talk shows on Prime today. Recently, Adela, we and Jan Kraus came there. They must have suddenly evaluated that there are too many of them. I don’t know, I don’t know the details. We received this brief information and we have to arrange ourselves according to it,” revealed Dědek. When asked by Strakatý if he expected that when Adela arrived, he answered.

“I actually didn’t know why they were trying for a third talk show. It seems to me that this is unnecessarily much for one television. Maybe they said they’d try a different format. She does it a little differently, she has four guests at once. Maybe it surprised me and I thought to myself that we will see how it goes next. But I didn’t expect that we would be the ones to be eliminated. I’m saying that straight. I thought they were going to try Adela and if it didn’t work she would quit and when it did work the three of us would be there. I don’t know, I didn’t think about it,” said the host.

He also added that as far as he knows, and it’s easy to find out, his program is always the most successful of the three talk shows in a given week. “As far as I know, people like to come to my show, unlike some other shows. Yes, I’ve heard several times people say that they would come to me, we wouldn’t go to another one. It has support, it’s popular…” concluded Dědek.

A week later, Čestmír Strakatý returned to this topic with Daniela Brzobohata in their podcast. “I heard that Kraus has such a bulletproof contract from earlier times, good for him, that they probably don’t even have a reason to get rid of him in quotes. It probably couldn’t have been any other way. Adela was brought there fresh, it’s impossible that something you start in March will end in June,” explained Strakatý, adding that he was most surprised by people’s reactions to the interview with Dědek. “For the first time, many people wrote there, let that ***** Slovak go to ****,” he described reality.

“No. Adela is the best presenter I know. She’s great. I’m sorry, but her promptness, insight, wit… I don’t know another woman like her. When she was presenting the Czech Lion, she was so great, and even then there were reactions that why a Slovak woman is hosting it. It’s just plain that you don’t have another argument, so you write there that the Slovak should go somewhere,” Brzobohatá defended her.
