Real Time Big Data shows Paulo Hartung and Sérgio Meneguelli tied in the margin of error in the race for 2nd place
Survey released this Tuesday (June 9, 2026) shows that the former governor of Espírito Santo (PSB) leads the race for the Senate in the State. Also former governor (PSD) and the state deputy (PSD) appear tied in the dispute for 2nd place. Read the (PDF – 4 MB).
The survey asked: “In October we will have elections for the position of senator of the Republic. In this election, we have the possibility of choosing up to 2 candidates to fill the two vacancies in dispute. Knowing this and that these are the candidates. Who would be your 1st vote? And the 2nd vote?”.

The survey was carried out by Real Time Big Data from June 6 to 8, 2026. 1,600 people aged 16 or over in Brazil were interviewed. The confidence interval is 95%. The margin of error is 2 percentage points, plus or minus. The survey is registered with the Superior Electoral Court under code ES-06698/2026 and cost R$64,000, paid with its own resources.
