The Pechão Community and Leisure Park will host, next Saturday, June 13th, the first edition of Sunset in the Park, a free entry initiative promoted by the Clube Oriental de Pechão.
The event, which aims to mark the beginning of summer in the parish, brings together music, socializing and outdoor entertainment, in an environment designed to bring together families, young people and visitors in one of the most emblematic areas of the village.
Starting at 6:30 pm and lasting until 2:00 am, Sunset no Parque will feature performances by Pagode do Buiú and DJ King Bizz.
According to the organization, the initiative promises to mark the beginning of the summer season in Pechão with “music, socializing and outdoor entertainment”, reinforcing the club’s commitment to boosting the parish and creating moments of encounter between the community.
In addition to the musical component, the event will feature a food and drink area, where traditional caipirinhas will be featured, helping to create the ideal atmosphere to celebrate the arrival of summer.
Club invests in modern and community events
In recent years, Clube Oriental de Pechão has established itself as a dynamic association, driven by a young management that has invested in promoting culture, coexistence and community participation.
For Miguel Granja, president of the Board, Sunset no Parque represents another step on this path. “We want Sunset no Parque to be much more than a party. We want to create moments that bring people together, value our land and show that a village like Pechão can have modern, unique events capable of mobilizing the entire community. This is the first edition and we believe it will be the beginning of something very special.”
The organization invites the entire population of the parish, the municipality and visitors to the region “to join this celebration that marks the beginning of summer in an environment of sharing, music and good cheer”.
