Telerán viewers had no idea what was happening seconds before the live broadcast: Vratko Sirági was suffering from fear, THIS was not shown on TV!

Watching a live broadcast is an experience for the viewer. On the screen, everything works like clockwork – the presenters don’t miss a beat, the guests react promptly, and the atmosphere in the studio seems absolutely relaxed. However, this perfect packaging is often deceiving. Just move a meter to the side, out of reach of the cameras, and the reality is completely different.

While at home we only see a calm detail of a face, in the studio itself a completely different story can be unfolding in the same second. The audience has no idea about the bizarre moments that happen in the studio outside of the cameras. Falling backdrops, desperate gestures of the director, technicians crawling on the ground so as not to disturb the frame, or unexpected bursts of laughter from other guests in the studio – all this remains hidden from the public’s eyes.

Some famous TV faces offer their fans a unique behind-the-scenes look at the filming, so people can learn things they had no idea about during the live broadcast. The show Teleráno na Markíza is such a factory for smiling moments. The popular morning show has been waking up viewers for many years with a mix of current news, weather, practical tips and interviews with interesting guests.

Thanks to its relaxed atmosphere, live cooking in the studio and popular presenter pairs, it is an integral part of Slovak households. Weather presenter Vratko Sirági shared a funny moment on the social network on Friday. On Tuesday, June 9, his colleague Adam Oleš reported the news of the day. Right after him, Vratko was supposed to stand in front of the cameras.

At the moment when Oleš was finishing his block of morning television news, Sirági was still putting the last bites of food in his mouth. He had 16 seconds left before entering. The weather anchor wanted to quickly put the plate down so he could take a seat in front of the camera, but the dishes began to slide. If the plate had fallen to the ground during a live broadcast, the audience would probably be really scared by what happened in the studio.

Oleš jumped to Vratko’s aid and held the plate. Fortunately, there was no unpleasant fall. “Fine,” responded Vratko and Adam just shook his head. In a few seconds, the moderator was already standing in front of the cameras, and before entering, he still had time to quickly wipe his mouth and brush his hands. “Well, let’s talk about the weather,” he said to the audience.
