Tarcísio: agriculture is being disrespected and producers are in difficulty

The governor of the State of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas, stated this Saturday, 20, that agribusiness is being disrespected and that producers are in difficulty. The speech took place during the launch of the pre-candidacy of state deputy André do Prado (PL-SP) for the Federal Senate.

“The country that has an agricultural sector of excellence, a diversified agricultural sector that feeds the world, the agricultural sector that is being disrespected. Producers are going through difficulties”, he said during the event.

Tarcísio also stated that Brazil has “the highest tax burden in history” and faces “corruption that has no limits”. The governor also criticized family debt in Brazil and the number of judicial recovery processes.

“People don’t have money to pay their bills and companies are breaking records for judicial recovery. Where are we going?”, he pointed out.
