The (Institutional Security Office) published this Monday (22), in error, that it appointed the Army major “So-and-So” and the Federal District lieutenant “Cicrano de Tal” to act as assistants in the Presidential Security Secretariat.
The document was published in the DOU (Official Gazette of the Union). Until the last update of this report, the content had not yet been changed.
HAS Sheet the GSI said that it identified the error and that the rectification will be in the next edition of the Official Gazette.
Before presenting the error, the ordinance also includes the appointment of Navy Sergeant Márcio Adriano Leite to the same position. The document is signed by the director of the Management Department of the GSI Executive Secretariat, Vinícius Damasceno do Nascimento.

The GSI is the body responsible for the personal and family security of the president (PT) and vice-president (), the official residences (Alvorada and Jaburu) and the Palácio do Planalto. It is also responsible for planning events and transporting authorities.
In addition, it takes care of other aspects such as cybersecurity, computer incident management, data protection, processing of confidential information and coordinates the activities of the Brazilian Nuclear Program and the Brazilian Space Program.
