A Federal Court of Florida authorized AGU (Attorney General of the Union) to represent the Brazilian State and intervene in the lawsuit filed by Rumble and Trump Media against STF (Supreme Federal Court) minister Alexandre de Moraes. AGU requested authorization to represent Moraes in the processing of the case before the North American Court, a request that was accepted by the Court.
Soon after, the AGU requested the dismissal of the action, arguing that there was no reason for an investigation in the United States against a Brazilian magistrate due to orders given by him in Brazil. The merits of the archiving request, however, have not yet been analyzed.
