Tiago Grila was heard this week in court, as part of a process that is currently in the investigation phase, a stage that will determine whether the case goes to trial.
Upon leaving the hearing, the influencer spoke to journalists and claimed to be innocent, highlighting that the situation is the result of a misunderstanding. Without detailing the process, he also left a note of regret for what he described as “a bad joke”.
The case now goes to judicial analysis, where it will be decided whether conditions exist to take the case to trial.
