On Sunday, the body of an 86-year-old man was found in Lake Draždiak in Bratislava without signs of life. TASR was informed about this by the spokesman of the Bratislava Regional Police, Michal Szeiff.
“On line 158, shortly before noon, we received a report about the disappearance of an 86-year-old visitor to the Draždiak natural swimming pool. Members of the River Department of the Presidium of the Police, as well as the Fire and Rescue Service, arrived at the scene and pulled the body of a missing man without signs of life from the water surface of the lake,” he explained.
In this regard, the police appealed to the public to be careful when visiting water bodies. “Do not overestimate your strength and abilities and do not consume alcoholic beverages in excess,” they emphasized.
