Salzburg-Ice hockey champion Red Bull Salzburg in a supplementary game by the ICE Hockey League on Wednesday, to solve the ticket for the next season of the Champions Hockey League (CHL). At home there was a 3-2 win after extra time against Olimpija Ljubljana, but a victory after regular season would have been necessary for the fixed CHL ticket. On Friday, HCB South Tyrol has the chance to replace Salzburg in second place in the last basic round.
